MENTAL HEALTH & CRISIS RESOURCES

  • www.samhsa.gov - Substance Abuse and Mental Health Service (SAMHS). SAMHSA’s National Helpline is a free, confidential, 24/7, 365-day-a-year treatment referral and information service (in English and Spanish) for individuals and families facing mental and/or substance use disorders.
  • www.heretomorrow.org - Here Tomorrow - A Free Mental Health Service — A warm, welcoming physical and virtual space to have conversations about mental health.
  • www.988lifeline.org - If you or someone you know is struggling or in crisis, help is available. Call or text 988 or chat
  • www.crisistextline.org - Text “HELLO” to 741741 | The Crisis Text hotline is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week throughout the U.S. The Crisis Text Line serves anyone, in any type of crisis, connecting them with a crisis counselor who can provide support and information.
  • www.veterenscrisisline.net - Call 1-800-273-TALK (8255) and press 1 or text to 838255 | The Veterans Crisis Line is a free, confidential resource that connects veterans 24 hours a day, seven days a week with a trained responder. The service is available to all veterans, even if they are not registered with the VA or enrolled in VA healthcare.
  • www.teenline.org/who-we-are - An anonymous, nonjudgmental space for youth | Teen Line Teens can access personal peer-to-peer support from highly trained teens supervised by adult mental health professionals.
    The Teen Line can be reached at 800-852-8336 Nationwide (6 PM - 10 PM PST) or TEXT TEEN to 839863
